All plan packages include a 30-60 minute virtual or in-person (if local) meet and greet, discussion of your baseline status, expectations of the program, goals, and hurdles. After formulation of your personalized program, a second 30-60 minute conference is available to discuss program layout and details with Q&A session. In addition, weekly check-ins and modifications as needed are in included with the program. 24/7 personal support is available via Facebook messenger.
